Tive is a supply chain visibility platform that reduces shipment delays, minimizes rejected loads, and decreases theft, damage, and spoilage across road, rail, ocean, and air transportation. The company's mission is to ensure shipments arrive on time and in full. As an Outbound Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for uncovering new business opportunities in the EMEA market. Your primary focus will be researching good-fit companies and setting introductory meetings with target accounts for the sales team by generating interest in Tive's solutions and the challenges we can help solve. Key responsibilities include: - Making cold calls and prospecting new accounts to fill the pipeline with qualified opportunities (high-activity-volume position) - Generating qualified prospective and customer meetings for Account Executives - Researching key accounts within the ideal customer profile to understand their initiatives, plans, and challenges - Crafting personalized, account-based messaging delivered via phone, email, and social media - Owning your pipeline as an abbreviated sales cycle with continuous account rotation - Becoming a Tive subject-matter expert through ongoing learning about solutions and competitive positioning - Scheduling well-qualified appointments with key decision makers - Using tools including Salesforce (CRM), Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Cognism, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and G-Suite Tive offers office-based or hybrid work options, competitive equity, autonomy and resources, and a collaborative global team environment. Requirements: - 0–2+ years of experience in high-tech B2B marketing, inside sales, or sales development - Strong hunter mentality and work ethic driven by healthy competitiveness - High motivation and resilience in fast-paced, constantly changing environments - Experience identifying and contacting prospective customers using multi-approach prospecting (cold calling, emails, LinkedIn/social) - Proven capabilities in lead management, account development, opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call structure/control, and territory management - Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team - Professional proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM systems (preferred)
