ARX Robotics, a European defense tech company specializing in autonomous unmanned systems, is seeking an Outbound Logistics Lead to own and coordinate all outbound shipments across Europe, the UK, and Ukraine. This is a pivotal role at a growth stage where you will establish scalable logistics processes and build a small logistics team.
You will plan and execute national and international shipments of robotic systems, spare parts, demo equipment, and trade show materials. Key responsibilities include preparing shipping and customs documentation, managing freight forwarders and logistics providers, tracking shipments, resolving transport and customs issues, and coordinating with Production, Procurement, Warehouse, and Project teams. You will maintain logistics records and KPIs, continuously improve delivery performance, and support the development and future leadership of the logistics function.
You bring hands-on experience in logistics, shipping, customs execution, export operations, or supply chain management, with strong familiarity with international shipments, freight forwarding, export documentation, customs procedures, and Incoterms. You are organized, pragmatic, and solution-oriented, capable of managing multiple shipments and stakeholders simultaneously. Fluency in German and English is essential. Experience in manufacturing, defense, robotics, or automotive sectors is valued. You have initial leadership experience or clear ambition to grow into a team lead role.
