M-Files is a context-first document management platform serving 6,000+ customers across 100+ countries. The company is launching M-Files Advisory Services, a new practice within Global Services designed to help customers move beyond deployment and achieve measurable business value from the M-Files platform. This is a founding hire for the Organizational Change Management (OCM) service line, one of three foundational offerings alongside Health Check and AI Readiness. You will deliver structured, multi-week change management programs that drive adoption as M-Files expands across customer departments. **Delivery Responsibilities:** Design and lead multi-phase change management programs for customers implementing or expanding M-Files—from discovery through post-go-live reinforcement and coaching. Establish recurring governance cadences to track change readiness, adoption signals, resistance, and dependencies. Apply persona-based adoption frameworks to plan differentiated engagement for different stakeholder populations. Conduct training needs analysis to define role-specific capabilities required by go-live (scoping only; M-Files Professional Services designs and delivers training content). Identify and enable customer-side change networks to sustain adoption post-engagement. Coach executive sponsors and key designees to reinforce change and address resistance. Establish adoption baselines and track progress through close-out. Facilitate mixed groups with varying adoption readiness, adjusting approach in real time. Partner with account teams to align engagement scope with broader account strategy. Identify and escalate additional service and subscription opportunities to management and sales. **Practice Building Responsibilities:** Build delivery workbooks, templates, and project plans from the ground up—most don't exist yet. Take increasing ownership of OCM enablement curriculum and certification/readiness pathways for future hires. Mentor incoming associates informally as the team scales. Proactively identify and resolve friction in delivery processes, tooling, or methodology. Contribute to identifying and shaping new service offerings as the Advisory portfolio expands. This is a founding role with significant autonomy to shape how the practice operates at scale. You'll deliver from day one and help build the methodology and collateral behind the service. **Requirements:** - 5–8 years of experience specifically in organizational change management, ideally within enterprise software adoption or digital transformation - Formal change management certification required (Prosci, ACMP/CCMP, APMG International, Kotter, Lean Six Sigma, or validated university certification/degree in relevant discipline)—must be completed, not in progress - M-Files or comparable enterprise document/content management platform experience—required - Strong business acumen with demonstrated ability to identify and resolve business process and workflow impediments - Comfortable and effective operating across all organizational levels, from end users to C-suite executives - Skilled facilitator with experience designing and delivering change communication and coaching programs - Excellent written communication skills, with experience producing executive-ready plans and reports - Comfortable working within AI-assisted delivery workflows - Able to build delivery collateral (workbooks, templates, scoring tools, project plans) from a blank page, not just executing existing playbooks **Preferred Qualifications:** - Management consulting background (strategy, operations, or business transformation) - Business process expertise: experience redesigning how organizations work, not only supporting system adoption - Experience helping customers apply platforms strategically to business problems - Experience applying persona- or archetype-based adoption frameworks in workshop settings - Prior experience building training, enablement materials, or certification/readiness pathways - Experience mentoring or informally leading junior colleagues - Commercial instinct for spotting expansion or subscription opportunities within delivery engagements
