FYUL (formed in 2024 through the merger of Printful, Printify, and Snow Commerce) is seeking an Organic Marketing Strategist to develop and execute organic marketing campaigns that drive traffic and eCommerce sales for client accounts.
You will lead quarterly organic marketing planning for assigned clients and own the full lifecycle of campaign execution across email, SMS, organic social media, and other channels. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing email and SMS automation strategies, with focus on segmentation, deliverability, and optimization
- Creating email/SMS copy and simple creative assets; collaborating with the design team on complex creative needs
- Managing campaign timelines and task coordination with the design team
- Developing promotional discount strategies and managing promotion code execution
- Managing homepage banner updates on client Shopify sites
- Monitoring analytics across email platforms, Google Analytics, and Shopify; producing weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports
- Presenting analytics reports to clients and providing strategic recommendations based on data insights
- Monitoring competitor organic marketing programs to maintain competitive positioning
- Staying current with industry changes (iOS updates, email sender requirements, etc.) and communicating these to internal teams and clients
- Collaborating closely with teammates and clients to establish strong communication practices
The role is based in Over-the-Rhine, Cincinnati, in a fast-paced eCommerce environment working with major brands including Paramount, Netflix, NBCUniversal, and Warner Bros.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- BA/BSc in Marketing or related field
- Proficiency with Google Analytics and other analytic tools
- Self-starter with ability to self-teach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain strong colleague and client relationships
- Ecommerce experience preferred
- Agency experience preferred
