Salary: PLN 18,000 - 240,000 / monthly

ICEYE is seeking an Operations Systems Engineer to join its Fleet Control and Communications engineering team in Warsaw. This role focuses on RF interference analysis and spectrum management for ICEYE's global ground station network supporting synthetic aperture radar (SAR) satellite operations. You will own a specialist work stream in RF interference and spectrum analysis, supporting ground station operations and international frequency coordination efforts. The pace is operational with live problems; you'll directly impact ICEYE's scaling capabilities. Responsibilities include solving ground station and antenna-related problems, integrating new stations, and supporting LEOP (Launch Early Orbit Phase) preparations. Key responsibilities: - Maintain reliable operation and monitoring of the ground station network with consistent contact quality across active sites - Support active and upcoming frequency coordination filings with appropriate RF analysis and modeling - Build and validate an internal spectrum analysis pipeline to reduce manual effort - Document and share spectrum knowledge across the team to reduce single-person dependency Required experience: - Operational engineering background in ground stations, satellite operations, or telecommunications - Hands-on RF interference analysis and simulation experience - RF link budget calculations and interference analysis interpretation - Working knowledge of antenna theory fundamentals - High autonomy in operational (not R&D) environments - Strong communication skills translating technical spectrum topics for non-specialists ICEYE is a defense technology and Earth observation company delivering space-based ISR capabilities to governments and allied nations. The role is permanent, hybrid (3 days/week in office), and subject to security screening including SUPO clearance. Reports to Engineering Manager, CONNECT & Ground Stations.
