The company has scaled to $200M+ ARR and operates 18 offices globally. As Operations Specialist for Market Expansion, you will drive cross-functional projects that prepare Legora's local teams for market entry and ensure each new market launches successfully. You'll coordinate across Legal, Finance, People, Growth, Marketing, and Product teams, managing dependencies, resolving blockers, and maintaining momentum across multiple simultaneous launches. Key responsibilities include: - Running the operating cadence for every market entry, maintaining live status dashboards and ensuring stakeholders report on schedule - Making judgment calls to accelerate work, reassigning priorities or escalating decisions before they become blockers - Managing external vendors to maintain launch timelines, pushing for pace and escalating early when risks emerge - Ensuring launch teams have proper tools and tracking systems; identifying and eliminating inefficiencies - Owning and continuously improving the Market Entry Playbook by capturing lessons from each launch and updating processes - Taking on strategic projects including market research, competitive analysis, business case development, and designing responses to operational challenges - Evaluating opportunities to automate manual steps using AI agents You'll report to Laura Haidinger (Market Expansion lead) and work closely with regional leaders and the Go-to-Market Strategy and Operations team, based in Stockholm. The role grows significantly: in your first months you'll own day-to-day delivery and one strategic project end-to-end. Over time you'll expand to managing whole workstreams, contributing to business cases, and building direct relationships with market teams. Within a year, the expectation is you can independently carry a market from entry planning through handover to the regional team. REQUIREMENTS: - 4+ years in operations, project management, consulting, or similar role, ideally in a fast-growing company - Track record running cross-functional projects with multiple owners and dependencies, delivered on time - Strong follow-through: maintain accurate data and status; notice discrepancies - Good judgment on when to push, re-plan, or escalate; willingness to challenge unrealistic plans - Clear written and spoken English; ability to explain status and trade-offs to senior leaders - Analytical curiosity; ability to quantify problems in time, cost, or errors; interest in understanding market dynamics - Customer-centric mindset; prioritize market success and customer outcomes STRONG CANDIDATES MAY ALSO HAVE: - Experience with international expansion, office openings, or entity setup - Experience building workflows with AI agents - Background in consulting, PMO, or Chief of Staff roles
