In this Operations Specialist role, you will serve as a key liaison between Foodics and banking partners, managing POS (point-of-sale) operations and merchant relationships. Your responsibilities include:
**Core Responsibilities:**
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with internal and external customers, particularly banking partners
- Serve as the single point of contact for POS vendors, ensuring installation and maintenance requests are completed within SLA
- Manage merchant onboarding, terminal management, and merchant profiling
- Ensure merchant account settlement and reconciliation processes
- Process chargebacks, claims, and dispute requests with supporting documentation
- Maintain and control POS stock inventory
- Prepare SAMA (Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority) SLA reports and regulatory compliance documentation
- Monitor vendor performance and generate daily maintenance/installation reports
- Update billing systems and validate invoices prior to bank submission
- Identify discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions with finance
- Create and maintain historical merchant information and account documentation
- Ensure VIP customers receive exceptional service
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships across cross-functional teams
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Law, or relevant field
- Minimum 1–2 years experience as an Operations Officer or Accounts Officer
- Strong knowledge of SAMA regulatory framework and KSA regulatory compliance in financial and payment services
- Proficiency in Terminal Management System (TMS) as defined by SAMA
- Expert-level proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Arabic
- Self-driven, hardworking, and able to work independently across functional groups
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Banking knowledge and regulatory compliance expertise required
