As a Revenue Operations Manager, you will work on high-impact initiatives across the business, using data-driven insights to solve complex challenges, scale processes, and improve customer outcomes. You'll be part of the Operations team, which tackles the company's toughest problems with speed, precision, and creativity, designing systems that unlock efficiency and power global growth. Key responsibilities include: - Building and optimizing scalable processes to support Revolut's hyper-growth trajectory - Leading and executing core infrastructure projects from conception to completion - Identifying and prioritizing high-impact projects, setting timelines to achieve goals quickly - Exploring and defining new features to enhance the customer experience - Managing critical vendor relationships and developing performance tracking systems - Establishing strategic supply chain partnerships and negotiating commercial terms You will work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment where problem-solving at scale is essential. The role requires someone who can break down complex challenges into manageable components, take ownership of projects, and drive results. REQUIREMENTS: - At least a 2:1 degree from a top-tier university - Junior-Lead level work experience in a fast-paced environment - Proven track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects - Strong ability to decompose complex problems into smaller, solvable components - Comfort working with data and deriving insights - Natural curiosity and demonstrated drive to make an impact - Interest in or familiarity with the financial services industry NICE TO HAVE: - Experience coding with SQL, Python, and/or R
