As a Revenue Operations Manager, you will be at the center of solving Revolut's most complex operational challenges at scale. This is a hands-on role that combines strategic thinking with execution excellence. You'll own high-impact initiatives across the business, using data-driven insights to unlock efficiency, scale processes, and improve customer outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and optimizing scalable processes to support Revolut's hyper-growth trajectory
- Leading and executing core infrastructure projects from conception to completion
- Identifying and prioritizing high-impact projects, setting aggressive timelines to achieve goals
- Exploring and defining new features that enhance the customer experience
- Managing critical vendor relationships and developing performance tracking systems
- Building strategic supply chain partnerships and negotiating commercial terms
You will work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment where ownership, problem-solving, and impact are valued. The role requires someone who can break down complex challenges into manageable components and drive results with precision and creativity.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least a 2:1 degree from a top-tier university
- Junior-Lead level work experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Proven track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects to completion
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to decompose complex problems
- Comfort working with data and deriving insights
- Natural curiosity and demonstrated drive to make measurable impact
- Interest in or passion for the financial services industry
