Revolut is a fintech super app serving 80+ million customers globally with products spanning spending, saving, investing, exchanging, and travel. The company is rapidly expanding and seeking a Product Operations Manager to drive strategic growth and operational excellence.
In this role, you will work on high-impact initiatives across the business, combining strategic insight with operational execution. You'll develop and articulate a point of view on specific fintech verticals and define cohesive long-term strategies for the company and product departments. Acting as the eyes and ears of the organization, you'll feed market intelligence back into company strategy and departmental roadmaps, ensuring alignment between external opportunities and internal capabilities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing strategic perspectives on fintech verticals and defining long-term product and company strategy
- Serving as a market intelligence hub, translating competitive and market insights into actionable strategy
- Tracking and analyzing competitive positioning and product performance across global markets
- Scoping and launching new product verticals for the company
- Defining initial product propositions and go-to-market strategies for expansion into new markets
You'll operate at the intersection of product, strategy, and operations, working with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems at scale and unlock efficiency across the organization.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least a 2:1 degree from a top-tier university
- STEM or other highly quantitative degree from a top-tier university
- 3+ years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking/PE/VC, or fast-growing technology companies in a product or strategy role
- Demonstrated track record of outstanding achievement across different areas
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer-centric design and solutions
NICE TO HAVE:
- Track record of building successful products (ideally financial) using data, customer feedback, and/or machine learning
