As a Product Operations Manager, you will be a strategic problem-solver working on high-impact initiatives across the business. You'll help shape how Revolut continues to expand and operate globally, using data and insight to solve complex challenges, scale processes, and improve outcomes for customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing strategic perspectives on specific fintech verticals and defining long-term strategy for the company and product departments
- Acting as the eyes and ears of the company, translating market insights into company strategy and product roadmaps
- Tracking and analyzing competitive positioning and product performance across global markets
- Scoping and launching new product verticals
- Defining initial product propositions and go-to-market strategies for expansion into new markets
You'll work at the intersection of strategy, product, and operations, driving efficiency and enabling global growth through systematic problem-solving and creative thinking.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least a 2:1 degree from a top-tier university
- STEM or other highly quantitative degree from a top-tier university
- Track record of outstanding achievement across different areas
- 3+ years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, PE/VC, or fast-growing technology companies in a product or strategy role
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Customer-centric mindset in design and solutions
NICE TO HAVE:
- Track record of building successful products (ideally financial) using data, customer feedback, and/or machine learning
