Set labor targets a quarter out, including headcount and transfers. Help GMs calibrate inventory to forecast demand with clear guardrails. **Team Development**: Grow GMs into future leaders through training pathways, regular 1:1s, and direct feedback. Own the talent pipeline by calibrating hiring and promotion decisions across your area. Build an area-wide culture that is fast-moving, high-energy, collaborative, and fun. **Strategic Operations**: Master your stores' KPIs and P&L. Set clear priorities weekly and quarterly. Work with each GM to build store plans and track execution. Roll out new initiatives (menu launches, tech tools) with clear communication, hands-on training, and real buy-in from teams. You will report to the Director of Operations and work closely with the Field Leadership team to scale the next generation of leaders while driving exceptional experiences for teams and customers. **Requirements**: - 5+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, retail, or another fast-growing consumer business - Experience leading multiple locations (3-10) and developing the managers who run them - Passionate about hospitality with a track record of creating exceptional customer and employee experiences - Strong operational and financial judgment; ability to read P&L and KPI dashboards and determine next steps - Proven people leadership with experience developing managers, hiring A-teams, coaching, and leading through change - Strategic planning capability; ability to plan a quarter ahead and translate priorities into actionable plans - Excellent communication skills in writing (Slack, Notion, email) and speech (area meetings, workshops) - Able to travel regularly between stores within your market - Full-time commitment: 50 hours per week, 5 days availability required, must be available to work 2 peak days (typically Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
