Salary: EUR 36,000 - 38,000 / annual
Roadsurfer, Europe's largest campervan rental company, is seeking a Station Manager to lead operations at its Paris Airport location. This is a hands-on management role combining operational oversight, team leadership, and customer service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently lead and establish the station location, collaborating with central departments on day-to-day operations
- Implement and optimize existing processes while contributing innovative ideas for vehicle returns, handovers, and preparation workflows
- Lead and motivate an on-site team, including onboarding, task planning, and quality control
- Build and recruit the right talent for your location
- Maintain fleet management oversight: documentation, maintenance, cleanliness, and coordination with local service partners
- Communicate constantly with international teams to drive continuous improvement
- Provide customer consultation on Roadsurfer products (rent, abo, spots, sales) and ensure customers leave as satisfied "happy roadsurfers"

Requirements:
- Successfully completed training or studies in a relevant subject area or comparable qualification
- At least 1–2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in car rental, tourism, or similar fields (career changers welcome)
- Experience leading employees or teams is advantageous
- High service and customer orientation with friendly, open demeanor
- Hands-on, effective communicator
- Resilient problem solver and highly organized
- Excellent English fluency; fluent French required for this location
- Valid Class B driver's license
