Salary: USD 90,000 - 100,000 / annual
Veho is building modern, end-to-end logistics infrastructure for ecommerce. As Operations Manager for Ground Operations at the Flowery Branch facility, you will serve as site leader responsible for the overall success of the warehouse operation. You will oversee facility sort and driver launch operations, manage a team of supervisors and associates, and drive performance against key KPIs and OKRs.
Key responsibilities include: building and coaching a high-performing team of supervisors and associates; using data to identify and execute process improvements; generating programs that deliver quality, speed, service, and safety; managing the operation's P&L; leading logistics oversight; fostering strategic relationships across market, region, and central operations teams; championing OSHA compliance and incident tracking; and leading cross-functional efforts to impact warehouse efficiencies and scalability (including automated sortation implementation and managing increased complexity at the market level).
You will work Tuesday–Saturday, 2p–11p, in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Veho's client list includes HelloFresh, Zara, Macy's, Sephora, and other leading consumer brands. Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, OR 3–5 years of warehouse operations management experience
- Minimum 2 years leading and managing a team of direct and indirect reports
- 3+ years of experience in warehousing, inventory, or logistics
- Flexibility, innovation, and ability to manage staff, responsibilities, and priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented, time-critical environment
- Ability to effectively respond to and interact with staff at all levels
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Intermediate analytical skills (experience with Excel/Google Sheets)
- Physically able to stand for the duration of the shift, move boxes up and down, bend, and frequently lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and evenings
