**Own Capacity and Operational Decisions**
- Track team availability, coaching utilization, and upcoming delivery commitments
- Record delivered activities against contracted commitments and provide operational data for client reviews
- Monitor program activity performance by region and own decisions on regional programming mix
- Resolve day-to-day delivery issues; escalate requests that change program priorities or account scope
- Maintain the account's operational playbook, procedures, onboarding materials, and escalation paths
- Maintain operational trackers and coordinate system access with IT and Security
The role partners closely with the Program Manager (who owns what and when), the Account Director (account priorities and escalations), and the Director of Coaching Operations (coaching standards and quality).
