Wonderful is seeking an Operations Manager to support regional commercial operations across Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Georgia, and Azerbaijan. You will own the operational backbone of the sales function, ensuring efficient processes, high-quality data, and seamless coordination across four countries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own CRM hygiene, pipeline tracking, and reporting across the region
- Maintain contacts, accounts, and opportunity data in CRM systems
- Coordinate operations and ensure alignment across Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Georgia, and Azerbaijan
- Support pre-sales activities, including proposal preparation and internal approvals
- Manage expenses, invoices, and operational documentation
- Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and cross-functional actions between Sales, Finance, and Leadership
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reporting capabilities
You will partner closely with Sales, Finance, and Leadership teams to keep operations accurate, organized, and scalable as the business grows.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or similar role
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, or equivalent)
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of ownership
- Demonstrated experience supporting commercial teams and managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Strong Excel and Google Sheets proficiency
Nice to Have:
- Experience supporting multi-country operations
- Knowledge of expense or procurement processes
- Experience with workflow automation or AI tools
- Background in technology or consulting companies
