The Operations Manager for Card Payments will be a key problem-solver, tackling high-impact initiatives across the card payments business. This role sits within Revolut's Operations function, which is responsible for designing systems that unlock efficiency and power global growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and optimize global market expansion processes to launch card products in new regions
- Plan, lead, and execute projects to enhance core payments infrastructure in collaboration with engineering teams
- Lead product excellence initiatives to improve the end-to-end card lifecycle customer experience
- Manage critical relationships with key vendors across the entire card lifecycle
- Identify, plan, and execute improvements to optimize unit economics
The role requires someone who can work at scale, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You'll collaborate across functions (product, engineering, vendor management) to solve complex operational challenges and deliver better outcomes for customers.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment
- 2:1 degree or higher, preferably in a STEM subject
- Proficiency in SQL and Python
- Familiarity working with AI
