As Operations Manager for Card Payments, you will drive problem-solving at scale across Revolut's card payment initiatives. This is a high-impact role focused on expanding and optimizing operations globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and optimize global market expansion processes to launch card products in new regions
- Plan, lead, and execute projects to enhance core payments infrastructure in collaboration with engineering teams
- Lead product excellence initiatives to improve the end-to-end card lifecycle customer experience
- Manage critical relationships with key vendors across the entire card lifecycle
- Identify, plan, and execute improvements to optimize unit economics
You will work in a fast-paced environment where operations means tackling the company's toughest challenges with speed, precision, and creativity. You'll design systems that unlock efficiency and power global growth, with a focus on delivering better outcomes for customers.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment
- 2:1 degree or higher, preferably in a STEM subject
- Proficiency in SQL and Python
- Familiarity working with AI
