The company serves 80+ million customers globally with 13,000+ employees across offices and remote locations. The Wealth & Trading team is redefining how people invest using data-driven tools. You will join as an Operations Manager to oversee high-impact controls across the trade lifecycle and regulatory obligations as the company scales across products and entities. You'll partner with Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Engineering teams to improve quality, resilience, and automation. Key responsibilities include: - Owning critical business-as-usual controls for trading operations domains: best execution, settlements, securities lending, regulatory reporting, and tax operations - Investigating and resolving exceptions (mismatches, missing flows, reporting breaks, settlement fails, collateral issues) through root-cause analysis and coordinated fixes - Running reconciliations and monitoring routines including reporting checks, settlement status tracking, lending/collateral/fee checks, and execution-quality outliers - Partnering with external counterparties (custodians, brokers, lending agents, vendors) to resolve issues and improve operational outcomes - Tracking KPIs and quality metrics such as break volumes, aged exceptions, settlement rates, fail costs, reporting timeliness/accuracy, and execution-quality metrics, proposing improvements - Supporting new product launches and vendor changes, implementing regulatory requirements, and building scalable operating playbooks - Driving automation by identifying repetitive/manual work, writing clear requirements, and collaborating with Product and Engineering teams Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in markets, securities operations, brokerage operations, post-trade, regulatory operations, or tax operations within a bank, broker-dealer, market infrastructure provider, or fintech - Solid understanding of operational controls, exception management, and working to SLAs in high-volume environments - Excellent analytical skills and experience with data tools to interpret findings and spot anomalies quickly - Impeccable attention to detail - Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to coordinate across Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Engineering - Ownership mindset to take ambiguous problems, structure them, and deliver end-to-end solutions
