The Operations Manager role is part of Revolut's Strategy & Operations team, which tackles the company's toughest challenges with speed, precision, and creativity. This position focuses on banking operations and expansion, working on high-impact initiatives across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop key banking products, features, operations, licenses, and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Technology, Risk, and Finance teams, plus global stakeholders, to analyze and define local banking strategy
- Create business cases based on requirement definitions and drive execution plans
- Manage project prioritization and support license applications
- Define playbooks and process execution to achieve hyper-growth
- Manage and develop relationships with critical vendors and strategic partnerships
Requirements:
- 5+ years of banking experience
- Knowledge of banking products and services
- Experience drafting internal regulations/circulars related to deposit or currency exchange operations
- Familiarity with local banking systems and transaction management
- Ability to break down complex problems into smaller components
- Comfort working with data
- Inherent curiosity and interest in making significant impact
- Fluency in English
Nice to Have:
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Excel)
- Experience with corporate strategy and planning involving overseas offices
