As a Strategy & Operations Manager, you will be at the center of Revolut's rapid expansion, tackling the company's most complex operational challenges. This role focuses on designing scalable systems and processes that unlock efficiency and enable global growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and optimize scalable processes to support Revolut's hyper-growth trajectory
- Lead and execute core infrastructure projects from conception through delivery
- Identify and prioritize high-impact projects, setting timelines to achieve goals quickly
- Explore and define new features that enhance the customer experience
- Manage critical vendor relationships and develop performance tracking systems
- Develop strategic supply chain partnerships and negotiate commercial terms
You will work cross-functionally throughout the business, using data-driven insights to solve operational challenges, scale processes, and deliver measurable outcomes for customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (70%+ GPA) from a top-tier university
- 3+ years of work experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects end-to-end
- Experience in payments operations
- Strong analytical skills with ability to decompose complex problems into manageable components
- Comfort working with data and deriving insights
- Natural curiosity and drive to make an impact
- Fluent English with excellent communication skills
