The Operations Manager will be a key problem-solver at scale, tackling the company's toughest challenges with speed, precision, and creativity. This role focuses on designing systems that unlock efficiency and power global growth, particularly in the banking expansion across new markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Technology, Risk, and Finance teams, as well as global stakeholders, to analyze and define local banking strategy
- Create business cases based on requirement definitions and drive execution plans
- Manage project prioritization and support license applications
- Define playbooks and process execution to achieve hyper-growth
- Manage and develop relationships with critical vendors and strategic partnerships
Requirements:
- 5+ years of banking experience
- Knowledge of banking products and services
- Experience with KYC, AML, or Onboarding (strongly preferred)
- Ability to break down complex problems into smaller components
- Comfort working with data
- Inherent curiosity and interest in making significant impact
- Fluency in English and Polish
- Solid track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects end-to-end
