Revolut is a global fintech super app serving 75+ million customers with products spanning spending, saving, investing, exchanging, and travel. The company is expanding rapidly and seeking an Operations Manager to lead Greece operations and support global growth initiatives.
In this role, you'll act as a key stakeholder for Revolut's Greece expansion, building and optimizing scalable processes to support hyper-growth. You'll oversee first-line-of-defence branch operations, including governance, regulatory interactions, and business-as-usual operations. Key responsibilities include providing oversight of outsourced functions, executing scaled operations across the business, and collaborating with cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, Compliance, Marketing) across global offices.
You'll monitor country-specific risk incidents and conduct issues, liaising with service owners to ensure proper controls. You'll identify product, operational, licensing, and growth opportunities to enhance the customer experience. The role involves managing critical vendor relationships, building performance tracking systems, developing strategic supply chain partnerships, and negotiating commercial terms.
Additionally, you'll create and maintain management information systems for monitoring growth metrics and branch activities, and coordinate regulatory inspections by preparing materials for regulators and peers.
Required qualifications: 3+ years consulting in fast-paced environments or 4+ years product launch experience in financial services or tech. Fluency in English and Greek is essential. You'll need at least a 2:1 STEM degree from a top university, technological proficiency, and experience managing risk, compliance, and outsourcing operations. Strong project ownership, complex problem-solving, and familiarity with large-scale rollouts are critical.
Nice-to-have skills include Greece operations setup experience, sales background, SQL/Python coding, and occasional office availability in Athens.
