As an Operations Manager, you will be at the heart of problem-solving at scale. This role focuses on designing systems and processes that unlock efficiency and power Revolut's global growth. You'll work on high-impact initiatives across the business, using data-driven insights to solve complex challenges and deliver better outcomes for customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving growth strategies to improve profitability and customer metrics (active users, retention, feature adoption)
- Building and optimizing scalable processes to support hyper-growth
- Leading and executing core infrastructure projects
- Prioritizing projects and setting timelines to reach goals quickly
- Identifying and defining new features for seamless customer experience
- Managing critical vendor relationships and building performance tracking systems
- Developing strategic supply chain partnerships and negotiating commercial terms
This is an individual contributor role focused on operational excellence and strategic impact rather than people management.
Requirements:
- At least 70%+ degree from a top university
- 3+ years of work experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects end-to-end
- Strong analytical skills; ability to break complex problems into manageable components
- Comfort working with data and deriving insights
- Natural curiosity and drive to make impact
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills
Nice to have:
- Background in STEM, finance, or software
- Experience with SQL, Python, or R
- Knowledge and experience in the financial services industry
