Kitchen Park is a cloud kitchen operator that repurposes underutilized properties into smart, fully equipped kitchen spaces for restaurateurs scaling in the food delivery market. The company provides customized facilities supporting all cuisine types with flexible solutions designed to grow alongside partners.
As Operations Manager, you will oversee smooth and efficient daily operations across one or more processing centers in the UAE. You will manage facility operations, inventory, and process optimization while supporting cross-functional teams to meet performance goals. This is a hands-on role requiring leadership of training sessions, resolution of operational issues, and readiness planning for high-volume periods.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing processing center operations across all shifts
- Leading training and meetings for processing staff
- Coordinating with the Property Manager on facility maintenance and timelines
- Addressing facility, technology, and space issues with licensees, including vendor coordination
- Collaborating with Customer Success teams to prepare licensees for major orders and business launches
- Managing ZenDesk support tickets from open to resolution
- Troubleshooting kitchen, processing center, and facility hardware issues
- Conducting inventory reviews, placing replenishment orders, and performing storage audits
- Reviewing and reporting KPI metrics to facility management; contributing to goal setting
- Coaching shift leads and covering shifts during staffing gaps
- Reviewing financial metrics and supporting P&L understanding
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (preferred)
- 3+ years of operations management experience, preferably in logistics, fulfillment, or food processing
- Strong organizational skills with experience managing teams across multiple shifts
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities for facility, inventory, and process issues
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments with changing priorities
Preferred qualifications:
- Multi-site operations experience
- Familiarity with kitchen or food processing operations
- Experience with ZenDesk or similar ticketing systems
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and workplace safety standards
