Salary: USD 86,000 - 114,000 / annual
Anduril Industries is a defense technology company transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities through advanced technology. The company develops AI-powered systems, autonomy, computer vision, and sensor fusion technology for military applications.
You will join the Deployments team in Orange County (Santa Ana, Costa Mesa, or Irvine office) as an Operations and Logistics Associate. This role is critical to ensuring Anduril's hardware reaches customers and supports mission-critical deployments. You will work across product, engineering, sales, and account management to coordinate logistics and field operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- End-to-end deployment planning and delivery of Anduril hardware for deployments, maintenance, and demonstrations
- Systematically manage forward-deployed inventory to support ongoing customer contracts and sustainment operations
- Work within systems to track physical hardware deployment, maintenance, and reverse logistics
- Collaborate with supply chain partners, warehouse teams, business leaders, and external stakeholders to execute the shipment lifecycle successfully
- Provide white-glove service for domestic and international shipping of hardware to end customers
- Proactively identify, propose, and solve logistical processes and risks
- Provide feedback to internal stakeholders on customer needs to enable continuous improvement
This role requires deep understanding of logistics, ability to work seamlessly across teams, attention to detail, comfort with ambiguity, and curiosity to learn new subject matters quickly. You will solve exceptional challenges, unblock issues, and establish procedures to ensure customer mission success.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of experience in a high-energy, fast-paced startup or logistics environment
- Ability to work proficiently and stay organized in multiple systems (Oracle ERP, Odoo, Salesforce, JIRA, Slack)
- Basic proficiency in Excel
- Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
