The Operations Lead for the Neurodiversity Center of Excellence will drive operational excellence and strategic execution for this specialized program. Key responsibilities include: • Metric Management & Risk Mitigation: Monitor key program metrics, identify operational risks and opportunities, and ensure program health through proactive management. • Strategic Roadmap Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional partners to execute the operational roadmap aligned with broader COE strategy. • Clinical Support: Manage day-to-day operations supporting providers and clinical teams, working closely with Clinical, Product/Design, Data Science, Analytics, and HR/Legal partners. • End-to-End Project Ownership: Scope and manage operational initiatives including process scalability improvements and staff training on new workflows. • Process Design: Design and implement scalable operational solutions to handle increased volume and complexity as the COE grows. • Problem Solving: Analyze complex operational challenges to identify root causes and develop creative, effective solutions. This role requires deep collaboration across multiple functions and the ability to drive clarity and results in a growing, complex healthcare environment. REQUIREMENTS: • 8+ years of experience in digital health operations, management consulting, or related fields; high-growth operations or startup experience strongly preferred • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with senior-level stakeholders; skilled at adjusting communication style for different audiences • Highly organized self-starter who excels at driving clarity amidst ambiguity and prioritizing competing tasks • Experience building new programs from scratch • Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to drive results with cross-functional partners on complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives • Facility with data analysis (Google Sheets, SQL, and Snowflake preferred) and metrics-driven problem solving approach • Ability to lead and drive large-scale, complex, multi-stakeholder projects • Passion for expanding access to quality mental health care
