Salary: USD 160,000 - 200,000 / annual
Anthropic is seeking an Operations Lead for its Investor Relations team. In this role, you will own the administrative and operational backbone of the IR function, ensuring smooth coordination of investor relationships and communications.
You will report directly to the Head of Investor Relations and work cross-functionally with Finance, Capital Markets, Accounting, Corporate Legal, Communications, and Workplace teams. Key responsibilities include:
• Scheduling and coordinating investor calls, meetings, and briefings across multiple stakeholders and time zones, prioritizing when demand exceeds capacity
• Planning and executing investor events, visits, and in-person engagements in partnership with internal teams
• Preparing executives for investor conversations and managing follow-ups
• Managing vendor relationships for IR services, including sourcing, scope, budget, and performance tracking
• Setting team agendas and priorities, tracking deliverables and ensuring timely completion
• Maintaining and organizing IR records, investor contact databases, interaction histories, and shared materials; selecting and managing tools for tracking shareholder engagement
• Serving as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on logistical and administrative matters
• Building and documenting recurring processes for the growing IR function, from intake through post-meeting follow-up
• Partnering with Corporate Legal and Communications on investor-facing materials review
• Supporting ad hoc projects as IR priorities evolve

Minimum Qualifications:
• Experience coordinating complex calendars, meetings, or events across multiple stakeholders
• Experience managing vendor relationships, including scope, budget, and performance tracking
• Strong organizational skills with ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated judgment handling sensitive, confidential, and market-sensitive information with discretion
• Comfort operating autonomously in a newly formed team, including building processes and systems that do not exist yet
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience supporting an investor relations, capital markets, or finance leadership function, ideally in a quickly growing company
• Familiarity with the needs of external-facing, high-stakes engagements
• Experience operating in a fast-paced, high-growth company environment
• Proactive, detail-oriented approach to identifying and solving problems before they become issues
• Familiarity with investor relations or CRM tools for tracking shareholder engagement, and comfort using AI tools
• Curiosity about financial markets, technology, and AI, and interest in how a research-driven company explains itself to investors
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience. Field of study should be relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience.
