Salary: USD 110,000 - 135,000 / annual

With ~60 employees today and ambitious growth plans, Pathstream is scaling rapidly.
As Operations Lead for Coaching, you will own the operational infrastructure supporting Pathstream's coaching team, which is expected to grow from 20+ coaches today to potentially 60+ in 2027. You'll be the architect and builder of systems that enable coaches to focus on their core work rather than administrative overhead.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design and execute the onboarding engine that brings new coaches from offer to their first learner call quickly and confidently, scaling it to handle 3x current volume
- Own the coach operating system: tools, access, partner context, policies, and resources that keep coaches productive
- Identify broken or slow processes, diagnose root causes, and ship durable fixes through automation, better tooling, or clearer workflows rather than temporary workarounds
- Maintain clean databases and key coaching metrics so leadership can make confident staffing and program decisions
- Translate coach feedback into strategic system and process improvements
- Partner with Program and Client Success teams to staff client engagements effectively and position coaching as a strategic lever for client outcomes
- Help design recruitment and management approaches as the coaching team and work evolve
You'll work cross-functionally with Program, Client Success, Product, and Engineering teams, and will have real influence over how coaching evolves at Pathstream.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years in operations, project management, consulting, or similar fast-moving environment
- Demonstrated track record of building or rebuilding a process or system with measurable results
- Bias toward automation and elimination: you get bored doing the same thing twice and find ways to scale or eliminate repetitive work
- Comfortable with data: proficient with spreadsheets, databases, and dashboards; able to use numbers strategically for day-to-day operations and longer-term planning
- Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple moving pieces while remaining calm when priorities shift
- Clear written and verbal communication; trusted by cross-functional partners to deliver
- Genuine interest in education, coaching, or helping people grow professionally
