CoMind is developing non-invasive neuromonitoring technology to transform clinical brain monitoring and improve diagnosis and treatment of brain disorders. The Operations Lead role is a senior position reporting to the General Manager, responsible for owning how the company delivers and operates day-to-day at a pivotal growth stage. Key responsibilities include: keeping work moving across all teams to prevent delivery drift; creating clear plans with visible progress tracking and early blocker identification; owning the company's operating rhythm including objectives, KPIs, and risk review cadence; landing company-wide initiatives from planning through execution and ongoing management; building enabling functions that support scaling; introducing structure and systems where needed; unblocking delivery by identifying resource gaps and solving them; and holding directors and team leads accountable on delivery while driving cross-functional blockers to resolution. The ideal candidate has established management experience running operations in complex, technical, deadline-driven environments. Startup experience is essential, with demonstrated scaling experience. You should have a track record working across multiple job families (not just ops), with concrete examples of turning ambiguous situations into organized, fixed outcomes. You are execution-focused—people hand you a job with a date and it comes back finished. You thrive on introducing process, tools, and systems into chaotic environments and have the credibility to hold senior people accountable with sound business judgment and discretion. CoMind operates a hybrid model with all team members in the London Kings Cross office at least 4 days per week, plus one flexible work-from-home day. AI is fundamental to the company culture and is expected to be embraced in daily work. The company offers equity participation, pension scheme, private medical/dental/vision insurance, group life assurance, mental health support, unlimited holiday, lunch vouchers, and other benefits.
