Salary: USD 50,000 - 64,000 / annual
Zeitview is the leading intelligent aerial imaging company for high-value infrastructure, providing actionable, real-time insights to customers in solar, wind, insurance, construction, real estate, and critical infrastructure sectors across 70+ countries. As an Operations Coordinator for the Utilities vertical, you will manage the coordination and execution of operational activities predominantly in North America, supporting Zeitview's operational OKRs.
You will project-manage multiple simultaneous field projects, conducting pre-, during-, and post-mission planning while ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include coordinating with customers and Senior Field Operations Specialists to understand logistics and scheduling constraints; working with Field Leads to manage field operations for data collection; solving and escalating issues while proactively communicating with customers; and ensuring delivery of high-quality deliverables.
You will develop an understanding of drone capabilities, airspace regulations, and Zeitview's standard operating procedures. You'll solve problems in real-time, addressing customer concerns related to scope, software, reporting, billing, and field issues. You'll provide ad-hoc support to field teams and customers, maintain visibility of the project pipeline for your vertical, and identify process gaps to report to your Operations Manager.
The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of experience in operations, logistics, project coordination, or similar roles in fast-paced, client-facing environments. You should demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts accurately. Proficiency with scheduling tools, project management software, Google Suite, and Slack is required. You must remain calm and solution-oriented under pressure, work independently with minimal supervision, and communicate effectively with clients and field teams. Drone experience and UAV knowledge are a plus. A bachelor's degree is preferred.
