Enpal is a greentech unicorn building the world's largest renewable energy community. The company sells solar photovoltaic systems, energy storage solutions, and EV charging stations with an all-inclusive tariff combining low-cost green electricity with integrated hardware. As Operations Coordinator for Enpal Italia, you will serve as the central hub connecting customers, partner installation teams, field technicians, and internal teams. You will coordinate solar installations across your region throughout their complete lifecycle, managing multiple concurrent projects with customer-impacting deadlines. Your responsibilities include:
- Monitor regional performance against productivity and quality targets; implement corrective actions when results deviate
- Track progress of multiple installations in parallel, monitoring deadlines and intervening on delays or blockers before they impact customers
- Manage daily communication with internal and external stakeholders (customers, partner installation teams, field technicians, planning and customer care teams) as the single point of contact for your region
- Contribute to process optimization projects to improve productivity and service quality; guide implementation in your area
- Collaborate with colleagues and managers to standardize best practices
You will work from the Tirana office, coordinating remote operational activities across your Italian region to maximize productivity. You will promote a safety culture and maintain high quality and performance standards for technician and installer teams.
