Enpal Italia is seeking an Operations Coordinator for its Tunis office to join a fast-growing sustainable energy company. Operations is the heartbeat of Enpal, ensuring customer solar installations are completed efficiently and on time so clients and the planet can benefit from renewable energy without delays.
As Operations Coordinator, you will be the central hub connecting customers, partner installation teams, field technicians, and internal teams. You will coordinate installations across your region throughout their entire lifecycle, managing multiple concurrent projects with client-impacting deadlines. You will also drive process improvement initiatives across the network to increase productivity.
Key responsibilities include: monitoring area/regional performance against productivity and quality targets, implementing corrective actions when results deviate; tracking the progress of multiple installations in parallel, monitoring deadlines and intervening on delays before they impact customers; managing daily communication with internal and external stakeholders (customers, partner installation teams, field technicians, planning and customer care teams) as the single point of contact for your area; contributing to process optimization projects to improve productivity and service quality, and guiding their implementation; and collaborating with colleagues and managers to standardize best practices.
This is a full-time, on-site role (40 hours per week, 5 working days) based in Tunis.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Economics, Management Engineering, STEM, or equivalent
- Basic project management experience: activity planning and monitoring, deadline management, coordination of suppliers and diverse stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple parallel tasks while meeting tight deadlines, with capacity to reprioritize autonomously as priorities shift
- Clear and effective communication skills with diverse stakeholders (customers, external partners, peers, leadership), including under pressure
- Ability to use data and evidence to support and influence business decisions
- Motivation to work in a young, rapidly growing company
- Fluent in English and Italian, both verbal and written
PLUS (not required):
- Experience in operations management or coordination of field operational activities
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (academic or practical)
- Experience in the photovoltaic sector
