Palantir Technologies is seeking an Operations Analyst to support US Government teams. In this role, you will serve as a first-responder for technical and non-technical issues, troubleshooting and resolving challenges with a solutions-first mindset. You will own and manage all aspects of facility operations, including desk configurations, IT setups, HVAC, and COMSEC equipment, coordinating across internal teams and external vendors to maintain a unified high standard. Key responsibilities include supporting team and project delivery by identifying and reducing bottlenecks or friction points, crafting and implementing processes or tools to optimize resource utilization, and partnering with Palantir stakeholders to identify process gaps and scope improvement initiatives. You will deliver results on-time, on-budget, and at a high-quality standard. The role demands a varying range of responsibilities—you could be managing a classified facility and vendors one hour and scoping process improvement initiatives the next. You are expected to leverage collective team knowledge, learn and develop expertise to cover critical gaps, internalize feedback, and invest in personal growth. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, maximizes organizational efficiency, and approaches problem-solving methodically with a deep commitment to root cause resolution. You should have the capacity to learn new skills and technologies, understand and communicate technical concepts to others, demonstrate sound judgment in recognizing inefficiencies, and maintain a high level of attention to detail in tracking project metrics and maintaining accurate records. Palantir values excellence and promotes a culture where feedback is welcomed and employees are invested in each other's success. The company offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) enrollment; paid time off; paid holidays; parental leave; and relocation assistance. REQUIREMENTS: - US security clearance at the Secret designation or above (required) - Experience in desktop or user support in a fast-paced classified environment (required) - Experience managing COMSEC equipment (required) - Must reside within 60 minutes of the Washington, D.C. office - Ability to travel 10-25%
