The Operations Analyst I will join the Merchant Configuration team, responsible for the timely and accurate setup, update, and termination of merchant accounts. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong process adherence, and a customer-centric approach to stakeholder management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Setting up, updating, and terminating merchant accounts while ensuring all processes are followed accurately
- Developing deep understanding of configuration products and payment processes
- Participating in ad-hoc projects and team initiatives
- Navigating queries with appropriate support channels for timely resolution
- Actively engaging with stakeholders to understand needs and address concerns promptly
- Conducting quality checks and reviewing work for errors to maintain high standards
- Approaching all cases with urgency and enthusiasm
- Collaborating across the Merchant Configuration team and broader organization
The role operates on a shift from 13:00 to 22:00 Mauritius Time. The position follows the UK public holiday calendar, requiring work on Mauritius public holidays while observing UK holidays. The hybrid model offers three days per week in-office to support collaboration.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in an operational role within a multinational environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Customer-centric mindset with commitment to stakeholder satisfaction
- Ability to collaborate effectively within teams and across departments
- Detail-oriented with focus on accuracy
- Proactive attitude with strong sense of urgency
- Advantageous: understanding of payment processes and lifecycle, or configuration role experience in tech/e-commerce industry
