CertifyOS is building data infrastructure that powers modern healthcare by automating provider licensing, enrollment, credentialing, and network monitoring. The company connects directly to hundreds of primary data sources to help healthcare organizations maintain accurate, compliant, and reliable provider networks at scale. As an Operations Analyst in Credentialing, you will manage day-to-day tasks of processing provider credentials, licenses, and payor enrollment applications. You'll work closely with your team lead and cross-functionally across the organization to ensure smooth operations. Key responsibilities include: - Research, interpret, and evaluate information relevant to provider licensure and continuing medical education in the United States - Complete applications for provider credential, licensure, or payor enrollment on behalf of CertifyOS customers - Validate and authenticate information on the credentialing and licensing platform, ensuring 100% accuracy - Interact with providers and clients via email to request additional information as needed - Assist with monitoring and new client implementation projects - Summarize research findings and draft clear, concise guideline documents for customers - Support ad hoc projects as assigned Required qualifications: - Fluency in English - Experience in credentialing (required) - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience - Ability to conduct large volumes of research, particularly via Google - Strong attention to detail - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google applications - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure The company offers 100% coverage of health, dental, and vision insurance premiums, unlimited PTO with a minimum of two weeks off annually, and a commitment to pay transparency and inclusive culture.
