Fuse Energy is a well-funded energy startup ($200M+ raised from top-tier investors including Balderton, Accel, Lakestar, and others) building an integrated energy company. The company develops solar, batteries, and generation projects; manufactures hardware; improves grid infrastructure; trades power in real time; and installs distributed energy systems in homes. By selling directly to consumers, Fuse cuts out middlemen and passes savings to customers.
You will join as an Operations Analyst supporting the Supply and Installs functions, owning operational analytics and process improvements across metering, supply, and back-office operations. This is a high-agency role for a technical generalist who can identify bottlenecks and drive scaling.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyse metering and installs performance to identify bottlenecks and improve delivery outcomes
- Build dashboards, models, and reporting for engineers and operations teams to track and manage day-to-day performance
- Optimise core supply processes including billing, switching, trading, and finance
- Improve cross-functional interactions between supply, installs, and customer operations by designing better data flows and operational processes
- Develop strong understanding of the energy market and regulatory environment as the business scales
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a top university in STEM with coding experience
- Track record of exceptional achievement
- Relentless approach to solving problems
- Very clear communicator
- Comfortable learning quickly and iterating
- Ability to work well individually or in a team
- Up to 2 years' experience preferred
