Cabify is building a new model of urban mobility—an ecosystem with fewer private cars, more sustainable vehicles, and efficient routes. The company creates products and services that generate economic, social, and environmental value through sustainable mobility alternatives. As Operational Excellence Coordinator, you will lead the Operational Excellence (OEX) team for Argentina and Uruguay, driving the company's mission and objectives while ensuring the best service and experience for both individual passengers and corporate clients. You will report to the Customer Operations (COPS) area, which is the most cross-functional department at Cabify, working with all departments to maintain service standards. Key responsibilities include: - Serving as the strategic and operational reference for the OEX team, leading the demand-side audiences (individual passengers and B2B corporate clients). - Operationalizing and controlling the value proposition for passengers and enterprises, ensuring safe, reliable, and superior service through efficient, waste-free processes. - Identifying improvement opportunities across the customer journey—from user registration through post-trip experience. - Analyzing friction points in processes and proposing improvements based on value analysis for decision-making. - Leading improvement projects in pursuit of effective, scalable, and efficient solutions. - Collaborating with support teams to ensure high-quality customer service. - Optimizing critical processes through AI implementation (LLMs, prompt engineering, OCR) and task automation to scale operations with local and global teams. - Aligning global project directives for local implementation and escalating market needs to global teams with documented requirements and quantitative evidence. Requirements: - Engineering degree or related field with at least 3 years of experience in process optimization, continuous improvement, or similar roles in technology companies (tech experience is a plus). - Mandatory: 2–3 years of direct team leadership and management experience, preferably with analytical or technical profiles. - Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (mandatory). - Experience with Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.) for database queries, chart creation, and basic dashboard development; demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret KPIs (mandatory). - Proven experience implementing AI-powered workflows to optimize operational processes. - Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, maintaining organized objective-driven work agendas. - Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to interact effectively with stakeholders, escalate issues, provide visibility to initiatives, and validate action plans. - Proactive, autonomous, self-driven mindset with desire to drive change.
