This role leads Payoneer's online payment solutions and operations, managing the full ecosystem of payment provider relationships that power the B2B invoicing platform. You will own strategic relationships with acquirers, payment processors, card schemes, and other payment partners, serving as the primary point of contact and driving long-term partnership value.
Key responsibilities include:

**Performance Oversight**: Monitor and evaluate partner performance against SLAs, commercial terms, and operational benchmarks. Identify gaps, drive remediation, and surface opportunities to expand or optimize partnerships.
**Cross-Functional Leadership**: Act as the internal champion for payment partnerships, aligning Product, Compliance, Finance, and Operations stakeholders around partner capabilities and joint initiatives. Lead cross-functional projects end-to-end with high attention to detail.
**Data-Driven Governance**: Use analytics and reporting to track partner health, transaction performance, and cost efficiency. Translate insights into actionable recommendations for leadership.

You'll need strong commercial acumen, experience with contract negotiations, and the ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
