Salary: EUR 25,000 - 35,000 / annual

The Ongoing Monitoring Analyst role is part of the Customer Portfolio Risk (CPR) team, serving as a critical line of defense in managing the long-term health and compliance of the global client base. This position requires high initiative, expertise in fintech environments, and close cooperation with Operations, Trading, Sales, and Management teams. Key responsibilities include: - Managing ongoing due diligence and periodic review cycles for corporate clients, ensuring adherence to compliance and risk management best practices - Conducting and managing the full lifecycle of Annual Periodic Reviews (APRs), Embedded Partner Customer Reviews (EPC APRs), and Event-Driven Reviews (EDRs) - Performing deep-dive data analysis by reviewing 12-month transaction histories via Snowflake to validate client activity against declared business profiles - Conducting screening and due diligence checks (Sanctions, PEPs, Adverse Media) and resolving potential matches or flags - Managing account changes, nested flow requests, and coordinating account terminations per CPR policies - Accurately identifying Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs) and Directors of corporate clients - Collecting, reviewing, and verifying documentation for Periodic Reviews per company policies and regulatory requirements - Monitoring and resolving ongoing screening alerts generated by automated monitoring systems - Making informed decisions regarding Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) based on newly identified risk factors or transaction anomalies - Re-evaluating and updating risk assessments as customer business activity evolves - Identifying and suggesting improvements to ongoing monitoring workflows and surveillance tools The role offers hybrid working arrangements, flexible hours, competitive salary, flexible holiday policies, opportunities to travel to offices worldwide, and an open, creative environment. Requirements: - Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills - Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B (corporate) customer onboarding and ongoing due diligence within payments, fintech, or forex industries - Previous experience in fintech or payments environments with good understanding of KYC/AML practices - Demonstrated experience reviewing clients with complex ownership structures and from high-risk industries - Proven ability to review and manage various legal entity types (private limited companies, partnerships, trusts, foundations) - Strong research and analytical skills with ability to identify UBOs and assess corporate documentation - Hands-on experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools for customer management and workflow tracking - Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced, high-growth environments while maintaining high standards for accuracy, productivity, and compliance - Comfortable managing multiple cases simultaneously with strong organizational and time management skills
