Boulevard is a client experience platform for appointment-based self-care businesses (salons, spas, medspa, barbershops). The Onboarding Specialist I coordinates and executes customer onboarding projects from contract signature through successful activation, serving as the primary day-to-day project coordinator.
Key responsibilities include managing onboarding projects using established processes and implementation standards; serving as the primary customer contact throughout onboarding while maintaining consistent communication; coordinating project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables; maintaining customer momentum through follow-up on action items and timeline reinforcement; tracking progress and maintaining accurate documentation in Salesforce and GuideCX; supporting onboarding quality by coordinating configuration, data collection, testing, and launch readiness; identifying and escalating project risks early; partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, Data Migration, Support, Education, and Customer Success teams; managing multiple competing priorities; and contributing ideas to improve processes and customer experience.
The ideal candidate brings 1–3 years of experience in customer onboarding, project coordination, implementation, customer success, or account management. Required skills include strong organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail; capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously; excellent written and verbal communication; ability to build customer relationships professionally; comfort working within structured processes and timelines; strong follow-through and ownership mindset; problem-solving and escalation skills; technical aptitude for learning SaaS workflows and system configurations; and willingness to develop project management expertise. Bonus experience includes SaaS onboarding or software implementations, familiarity with Salesforce/GuideCX or similar platforms, and background in wellness, healthcare, med spa, salon, or related industries.
