Salary: USD 65,000 - 85,000 / annual
Digitail is an AI operating system for modern veterinary clinics, consolidating ten-plus tools (client communication, scheduling, medical records, billing, payments) into one intelligent platform with built-in workflows and AI assistants.
As an Onboarding Specialist, you will lead the onboarding and implementation process for new clients, serving as the key point of contact between customers and Digitail's internal teams. Your responsibilities include:
• Collaborate with the sales team during the pre-implementation phase to gather client requirements and expectations
• Conduct thorough discovery sessions to understand client workflows, data structures, and implementation needs
• Configure Digitail to match client specifications, creating customized solutions for their unique needs
• Lead the onboarding process by training clients to effectively use and maximize the software's features
• Assist clients with data migration, ensuring accuracy and integrity throughout the process
• Troubleshoot technical issues during implementation, escalating to appropriate teams when needed
• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
• Work with product management and engineering teams to relay client feedback and improve the product
• Partner with the CSM team to ensure smooth transitions between sales, onboarding, and ongoing success
You will drive customer satisfaction and retention while managing multiple client implementations independently.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Proven experience in a similar onboarding or implementation role, preferably in SaaS or software implementation
• Excellent people skills—ability to build rapport and trust with clients naturally
• Strong problem-solving abilities to tackle implementation challenges
• Proven ability to manage multiple client implementations independently
• Tech-savvy with ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and learn new systems
• Adaptable and thriving in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Strong understanding of veterinary clinic operations and workflows
• Proficiency in configuring and implementing software solutions, preferably in the veterinary or healthcare industry
