Arketa is building an operating system for modern fitness and wellness studios. The company provides an all-in-one platform enabling studios to manage schedules, accept bookings and payments, build on-demand video libraries, host retreats, run marketing automation, and launch branded apps and websites. Arketa has raised $15M in Series A funding and is growing rapidly.
As an Onboarding Specialist, you will own the complete onboarding experience for studios migrating to Arketa. You'll manage the full lifecycle from initial kickoff through go-live, handling both data migration logistics and product training. Your responsibilities include conducting data mapping calls, validating exported data from platforms like Acuity, Glofox, Vagaro, Wix, and Squarespace, configuring the platform to match each studio's operations, and training studio owners and staff until they're confident using Arketa for scheduling, memberships, payments, and day-to-day operations.
You'll work closely with the Migrations team (who handle technical data cleaning), Sales (who hand off deals), and Support (who manage post-launch). At steady state, you'll launch approximately 15–18 studios per month while maintaining a larger active pipeline. Success requires becoming a deep Arketa product expert, managing partner relationships with responsiveness (24-hour email turnaround), maintaining accurate pipeline data in HubSpot, and proactively surfacing product and process feedback.
The Onboarding team is remote-first, distributed across the US and UK, with a collaborative, feedback-driven culture. This role reports to the Onboarding Manager and is structured as a Tier 2 specialist position, meaning you'll own medium-complexity migrations with full support from the Migrations team on the technical data side.
Expected progression: by 30 days, you'll be product-certified and shadowing live calls; by 60 days, running your full pipeline independently; by 90 days, launching at target velocity with partners consistently confident at go-live.
