As an Onboarding Specialist / Customer Service Representative, you will be a key member of the expanding team, serving as the bridge between patients, clinical staff, and the broader care delivery system. You will customize initial patient discussions to address specific health conditions, manage multi-channel inquiries (phone, email, voicemail), and process referrals with a target conversion timeframe of 7–10 days. Your responsibilities include comprehensive data entry of clinical survey scores, diagnostic tests, remote physiologic monitoring (RPM), and remote therapeutic monitoring (RTM) data; scheduling and coordinating patient appointments; managing inbound and outbound medical records; and maintaining accurate EMR records with updated care notes and face sheets. You will attend clinical meetings, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, engineers, designers, and care team members. You will resolve patient issues and complaints professionally, identify problems, and implement appropriate solutions to ensure patient satisfaction. The role requires achieving daily call quotas of 75–100 interactions and adhering to established performance metrics tied to incentive plans. This is a full-time position (minimum 40 hours per week) requiring the ability to work in US time zones (EST/Pacific hours). You will work in a fast-paced startup environment where attention to detail, organizational excellence, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential. **Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in healthcare, nursing, or a related clinical discipline - 2+ years of professional experience in customer service or healthcare settings with demonstrated understanding of patient care and care coordination - Solid grasp of the US healthcare system and its intricacies - Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills - Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency with CRM systems, EMR software, and standard office applications (e.g., Google Suite) - Training or experience in clinical medicine (nursing degree, nursing assistant, or clinical scribe) - Typing speed of at least 60 words per minute - Reliable internet connection (at least 30 Mbps) and a quiet home environment - Ability to work in US time zones (EST) **Nice to have:** - Healthcare industry experience or medical terminology knowledge - Proven track record in sales - Familiarity with remote patient monitoring systems - Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and healthcare privacy practices
