Horizon3.ai is a fast-growing cybersecurity company that has built NodeZero, an autonomous penetration testing platform used by organizations ranging from educational institutions to Global 100 enterprises. The company is scaling its go-to-market organization and seeks an Onboarding Program Manager to own and scale the end-to-end onboarding and ramp experience for the GTM organization.
In this role, you will report to the Field Enablement and Global Onboarding Leader and be responsible for designing and operationalizing repeatable onboarding journeys from pre-boarding through the first 90 days for quota-carrying sales roles (Commercial, Mid-Enterprise, Enterprise), SDRs, and eventually Sales Engineers, Customer Success, and other customer-facing teams. You will own the monthly GTM sales bootcamp as a central component of the broader onboarding experience, managing curriculum, certification, facilitation, logistics, onsite execution, and post-program follow-up.
Key responsibilities include: designing role-specific onboarding paths with clear learning objectives and readiness checkpoints; connecting pre-work, bootcamp, role onboarding, and manager-led reinforcement into a cohesive experience; equipping managers with reinforcement plans and coaching resources; partnering with Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, Enablement, and People to keep onboarding aligned to business priorities and skill gaps; creating participant guides, learning materials, and repeatable playbooks; measuring onboarding effectiveness through certification, readiness, manager feedback, and time-to-productivity metrics; building scalable systems for cohort planning, communications, registration, and reporting; and managing the full participant and event experience including speakers, travel, lodging, venues, and vendors.
This role requires regular travel to Chicago (approximately 20–30% depending on program cadence) to lead the monthly bootcamp, plus occasional travel for GTM meetings, QBRs, and company events. The position is primarily remote but with an expectation of in-person presence for bootcamp execution and key GTM events.
Horizon3 offers competitive compensation, equity packages, comprehensive health/vision/dental insurance, flexible vacation, and generous parental leave. The company emphasizes a culture of respect, collaboration, ownership, and results, with a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
