As SMB Onboarding Manager, you will lead small and growing businesses through their critical first phase with Connecteam, ensuring successful product adoption and implementation. You'll manage the end-to-end onboarding process from kick-off through activation, delivering tailored training sessions customized to each client's unique business needs. Your focus will be on guiding customers to quick wins that demonstrate platform value and increase adoption, while establishing strong usage habits that drive retention and satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing multiple concurrent onboarding projects, identifying at-risk clients early and developing proactive churn mitigation strategies, and serving as the customer advocate within Connecteam by collaborating with Product, Development, and Customer Success teams. You'll continuously optimize the onboarding process to improve efficiency, scalability, and overall customer experience. Required qualifications: fluent English and Hebrew (spoken and written), 1+ years of SaaS onboarding, implementation, or customer-facing experience, strong presentation and training skills for both remote and in-person delivery, and tech-savviness with the ability to quickly learn and explain software solutions. Experience working with SMB clients across regions, including Israel, is a strong advantage. You should be highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment with a positive attitude and high energy. Work schedule: Sunday to Thursday, standard business hours. This is a hybrid role based in Tel Aviv.
