As an Onboarding Manager, you will manage a book of customer accounts through their implementation journey, serving as the primary coordinator between clients and Anrok's Tax and Solutions Engineering teams. You'll resolve tax and technical issues, configure platform settings tailored to each customer's business needs, and ensure accounts are properly set up for success.
Key responsibilities include executing customer education and training to make clients product experts, developing and maintaining organized project tracking systems and standardized workflows to support efficient onboarding, and monitoring customer progress using data insights to identify potential issues early. You'll maintain detailed records in Anrok's CRM, track onboarding status and blockers, and coordinate smooth handoffs to account management teams with comprehensive transition documentation.
You'll also drive continuous improvement by analyzing customer feedback, completion timelines, and success metrics to implement operational enhancements that increase efficiency and satisfaction. The role requires strong relationship-building skills to develop rapport with customers across various business sizes and industries, exceptional organizational and project management abilities to juggle multiple accounts and complex timelines, and proactive problem-solving to identify and resolve customer challenges.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years in customer success, account management, or project coordination at a tech company working with SMB to mid-market customers. You're curious about AI, have experimented with it in your work, and have built something tangible with it. You thrive in process creation and systematization with a bias for action, possess meticulous attention to detail, and demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
