Broccoli AI is building AI teammates for plumbing, HVAC, and electrical contractors. The company has grown to $15M+ ARR in under two years and is backed by Khosla Ventures and Y Combinator. As Office Manager, you will be the operational backbone of the San Francisco office, partnering closely with People Ops to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional experiences for employees and customers. Key responsibilities include: - Inventory & Swag: Pack, organize, and coordinate inventory with marketing on swag needs. - Kitchen & Office Stocking: Maintain full stock of beverages, snacks, and supplies; keep common areas tidy. - Food Ordering: Facilitate daily office food ordering, coordinate with vendors, accommodate dietary needs, manage delivery logistics, and track budgets. - Facilities & Vendors: Serve as primary contact with building maintenance and landlords; coordinate cleaning, repairs, and track issues to resolution. - Events & Logistics: Coordinate in-office events, team lunches, and gatherings including vendor sourcing, setup, and breakdown. - People Support: Work with People team on seating assignments, desk setup, and team celebrations (birthdays, anniversaries). - Budget & Expenses: Track and maintain SF office expenditures within budget. - Health, Safety & Compliance: Maintain first aid kits, manage building access, ensure fire safety and accessibility standards, and support California office compliance. - Travel & Scheduling: Support team travel logistics, manage conference room calendars and scheduling. - Internal Communications: Draft office announcements, maintain shared resources, serve as liaison between leadership and staff. - General Operations: Order office supplies, manage vendor relationships, handle mail and packages, support ad hoc projects. Requirements: - 2+ years in an office coordinator, operations, or administrative role - Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail - Proactive self-starter who anticipates needs before they become problems - Strong communicator comfortable working with vendors, building management, and internal teams - Comfortable with physical tasks including unpacking, assembling boxes, and light lifting - Experience with FedEx, UPS, or similar shipping platforms preferred - Positive, can-do attitude and genuine love of keeping things running smoothly
