You notice problems quickly, solve them practically, and adapt seamlessly between planned work and urgent requests. You handle confidential information, money, access, and company property with care, and you maintain low ego while owning whatever keeps the team moving.
Nice-to-have experience includes office management, executive support, workplace operations, hospitality, or facilities coordination. Background supporting manufacturing, warehouse, startup, or fast-growing teams is valued. Experience managing vendors, events, purchasing, or travel is a plus. Familiarity with basic safety, access-control, or facility processes and comfort using AI tools to improve administrative work are bonuses.
Benefits include equity in Nox Metals and company-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance. This is a full-time, in-person role in Detroit.
