Mecka AI is building the data infrastructure layer for robotics and embodied AI. The company designs and operates global systems for data capture, data labeling, and hardware-enabled workflows used by leading AI labs and robotics companies to train and validate humanoid and embodied AI systems.
You will serve as the operational backbone of Mecka's New York office and a force multiplier for leadership. This role combines office operations, business development support, and NYC operations leadership.
Key responsibilities include:
**Office Operations:** Own day-to-day operations of the NYC office including vendor relationships, supplies, facilities management, and systems/process development. Coordinate events, offsites, team meetings, and visitor logistics. Serve as the go-to operational contact for the New York office.
**Business Development Support:** Support the BD and sales team with research, outreach coordination, and pipeline tracking. Help prepare decks, briefs, and materials for partner and customer meetings. Assist in managing relationships by tracking touchpoints, following up, and identifying opportunities to improve commercial relationship management.
**NYC Operations Leadership:** Coordinate across teams (sales, deployments, engineering) to ensure the NYC office runs smoothly. Flag issues, surface blockers, and solve problems before escalation. Help onboard new hires and contractors based in New York.
You will thrive in a fast-moving environment, work closely with frontier robotics teams, and be a trusted extension of the leadership team with high visibility and direct access to leadership.

- Track record of building or improving internal processes
- Proficiency with Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms
